  • Gather & Co. offers tablescape rentals and styling for intimate gatherings and special events. We provide beautifully curated table settings—including plates, glassware, flatware, linens, and decorative accents—to create an elevated dining experience without the hassle of sourcing and styling everything yourself.

    Our service includes delivery, setup, and pickup, making it easy to host a beautifully styled gathering for occasions like baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, holiday dinners, and other celebrations.

    While we focus on pre-styled tablescapes, we are also open to custom projects!

  • Browse our curated tablescape collections and select the style that fits your gathering. From there, choose your event date, time, and number of guests, and complete your booking online. Gather & Co. will take care of the delivery, styling, and pickup, making it easy to host a beautifully set table.

  • We understand that accidents can happen during events. Minor wear from normal use is expected and will not result in additional charges. While our damage waiver covers limited damage and wear (such as minor stainging), we cannot cover major damages. If our cleaning team is unable to wash or repair an item, we will need to charge you the cost of it’s replacement. Clients may be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, heavily damaged, or broken items beyond normal use.

    If something breaks during your event, simply let us know. We aim to handle these situations fairly and transparently. Replacement costs will be charged at retail value.

  • Our tablescapes start at $125 for up to 6 guests, which includes a fully styled table setting. Additional place settings may be added for $20 per guest, allowing you to easily accommodate larger gatherings. Maximum 20 guests.

    Custom projects start at $200.

  • Great question! We strive to make hosting as simple and stress-free as possible.

    1. Book Your Tablescape – Choose the style that fits your event and secure your date.

    2. Event Day Delivery & Setup – Our team will deliver and beautifully set up your tablescape so you can focus on enjoying your gathering.

    3. After Your Event – Place all rental items in their designated storage containers. Then, we’ll coordinate a convenient time to pick up the items later that day or the following day.
